The successful development and its application of Model JT-1 automated iron pick-out mechanism are very beneficial to removing the iron scraps in the material on the belt conveyor,ensuring the normal operation of conveyor and keeping the delivered material pure.The aims of developing the iron pick- out mechanism,the principles of each part structure,the performence indexes,the operating procedure of this system,and the operation conditions are discussed in this paper.
