A kind of iron scrap removal sensor installed on the conveyor belt is described in this paper.This sensor is used to pick out iron scraps from magnetite ore flow, with not only low energy consumption but also high sensitivity and reliability.A more detail introduction to the design and manufacture method of this sensor and an emphatic description of the principle that the sensor can pick out the iron scraps from magnetite ore flow are made.
