    摘要:

    本文介绍了适用于小直径炮孔爆破的岩石聚能切割爆破技术。其聚能药包能产生两股方向相反的锥形金属射流,在炮孔壁上形成两个相对的“占状”穿孔。每个炮孔装有若干个聚能药包,起爆后在孔壁上形成一排聚能穿孔,从而使岩石在此方向上产生裂缝并扩展、断裂。文中根据脆性断裂力学理论建立了装药参数设计公式,并以实例说明此聚能爆破技术方便易行,可用于预裂爆破,光面爆破和石料开采。

    Abstract:

    Based on the principle of cumulative charge explosion,a new kind of rock cutting blasting technique,the jet perforator charge blasting in small diameter boreholes,is developed in this paper. One jet perforator charge can creat two stream of jets in the opposite directions which can drill a pair of perforations face to face in the radial of the borehole. Several charges are loaded in one borehole in all. After the charges initiated at the same time,a line of jet perforations occurs on the wall of the borehole,so that the rock cracks and fractures in the jet perforating direction. According to the theory of fracture mechnics,the formula of the blasting parameters are derived. The results of the typical experiments on site show that the jet perforation blasting method is a practical technique for prestlit blasting,smooth blasting or rock material mining etc.
