Along with the automatic control principle,the author makes a systematic introduction to the intelligent flowrate integrating instrument used to meter a constituent flowrate proportioning of emulsion explosive. This instrument uses the hardware structure taking 8031 chip-microprocessor as a main. It has functions of self-diagnosis,digital filtering and non-linear compensation etc. In addition, the principle and functions of modular structure of its software are described.
