Coriolis mass flowmeter is a new-type mass flow measuring instrument.Ithas a good performaiice,with which the conventional flowmeters are incomparable, for ex-ample, the metered results are not infuenced by variation of parameters such as tempera-ture,pressure,viscosity dnd density of measured fluid etc, and it has advantage of high me-tering accuracy, wide measurement range ralio and good reliability etc. The author de-scribes the features and basic working principle of this flowmeter,makes an introduction tothe structure and performance of some kinds of Coriolis mass flowmeters available in theinternational market at present, analyzes their future developmeter,and point out someproblems existing in this flowmeter and the direction of future work
