Consolidated filling body in a cemented filling mining system often suffers periodical and nonperiodical shock loading ection from massive blasting operations in adjacent areas. Considering the composition of the filling material the author discusses the changes in energy flow under stress wave action and the dynamic response rules using wave energy theory of mini-element. A preliminary criterion is proposed for dynamic strength of consolidated filling body.
