    本试验研究是在鱼儿山金矿缓倾斜中厚难采矿体中进行的。该矿体直接顶板为断层泥和糜棱状角砾岩,极易冒落。试验中采用分条块石胶结充填采矿法新方案,首次用全粒级掘进废石作为胶结充填料的惰性材料,首创简单而实用的直接拌和胶结充填料的新工艺。试验结果是令人满意的,采场日生产能力平均达70t,矿块矿石损失率5.6%,贫化率8.26%,吨矿采充直接成本仅为20.86元。

    Abstract:

    The experimental study was conducted in a flat-dipping medium thick orebody in Yuershan gold mine. Direct roof of the orebody consists of fault gouge and breccia, and is exceedingly easy to cave. In the experiment a new scheme of slice waste consolidated mining system i.v, used. For the first time, unclassified development waste is used as inert aggregate for consolidated filling material along with a simple and effective direct mixing technology. The result is satisfactory, average production capicity in stope is 70 t/day, ore loss rate in ore block is 5.6%, and ore dilution rate is 8.26%. Direct cost of mining and filling is only 20.86 Yuan/t(ore).
