    本文简述了梅河矿三井软岩巷道原有支护的发展历史及存在的问题,据此提出了试验巷道采用喷锚网加钢筋混凝土弧板复合支护的新方案,并对其设计、试验及施工工艺作了全面论述。试验与监测表明,设计中支护参数的选取是合理的,支护效果是显著的,支护后40天左右现场围岩的位移速度明显趋缓。这一复合支护方案具有先柔后刚的特点,充分体现了国际弧板支护发展的新趋势,它是我国支护技术上的革新和重大突破。

    Abstract:

    The history and existing problems of original support of softrock drift in Meihe Mine No 3 shaft are briefly described. On these grounds a new composite support scheme of bolt- mesh -shoicrete with reinforced concrete arc plate are proposed in this paper. The design, experiment and construction technology are introduced in detail. The experiment and monitoring have shown that the choice of support parameters in the design is rational and support effect is significant. The displacement of surrounding rock in the drift was slowed down considerably 40 days after the support was completed. This composite support scheme is characterized by soft first and hard afterwards, and reflected fully new international trend of arc plate support. It is a major improvement and great breakthrough in support technology in China.
