    摘要:

    丰山铜矿南缘矿带原设计采用无底村分段崩落法开采,经多年生产实践表明该法存在很多问题。为解决这些问题,对其进行技术改进,经可行性研究决定采用分段碎石胶结充填法。该法具有采场结构形式新颖、回采与充填工艺技术先进,对该矿开采技术条件适应性强等优点。工业试验已获初步成效,可望解决矿山生产存在的问题,使生产走出低谷。本文介绍技术改造中的采矿方法衔接问题、分段碎石胶结充填法的回采方案以及充填技术等内容。

    Abstract:

    Many years of production practice hade revealed some problems with the original sublevel caving system in the southern mineralized zone of Fengshan Copper Mine. For technological renovation, a new mining system, i.e. the sublevel stoping-and-cemented filling with crushed stone, which features novel stope structure, advanced stoping and filling technology, and better adaptability for the mines technical level, was decided to be used after the feasibility study and has offered a solution to the problems of the caving system. Industrial tests have shown promising results and indicate that the new mining system can solve the problems of originaial mining system and improve the mine productivity. The paper discusses the smooth transition of mining system for technological renovation, the mining design and the filling technology in this method.
