Abstract:Through classifying and analyzing the typical state and kinetic process in the formation of emulsoid matrix for emulsion explosive, the author gives out a phenomenological model for emulsification kineties, describes the evolution of emulsoid ions in the mixture with high internal phase ratio and high cosistency, in the energy transmission and identifies an ideal functional state of forced emulsification . Finally, the anthor has a discussion on the designef quasi-ideal emulsifer with high efficiency and approaching to the ideal functional state.
