    摘要:

    金川矿山二期开拓工程1150水平无轨运输道的地质条件差,巷道断面大,工期要求紧。由于条件限制,只能采用有轨设备施工。为改变U型矿车动输、无溜井卸载的现状,采用以铲斗后卸式装岩机、梭式矿车、梭车转载机、光爆、喷锚支护为主体的有轨掘进机械化作业线,创造了不良岩层大断面独头掘进持续三个月每月成井50m的好成绩。为金川井巷施工开辟了一条新的途径。

    Abstract:

    During Jingchuan's second period of mining development engineering for trackless haulege ramp at 1150 level, poor geological conditions, roadway with large cross section area, pressing time schedule and other restrictive conditions make it the only choice to use track equipment for operation. Since there are no raise chutes for unloading when U-shaped mine trucks are used for haulege, a track mechanical production line for excavation is adopted, which is dominated by bucket rear-dump muckers, shuttle trams, shuttle transfer cars together with smooth blasting, metal nets shotcrete rockbolt support. Excavation of single face with large cross section in poor rock formations has been carried out for three months running, forming 50m roadway for each month, thus offering a new approach to increase excavation speed of drifting in Jingchuan.
