The broken foofs in Jiaojia Gold Mine were controlled with the conbination of grouted anchor cables, and bolt metal network system so as to effectively prevent roof caving, ensure stope safety and improve ore recovery rate. In this paper, a detailed description is given to the structure, parameters and effectiveness of the support system.
