    摘要:

    凤凰山铜矿已有近20年的开采历史,原用的水平分层点柱充填法,存在损失贫化大、安全性差等一系列问题,本课题针对这一问题,进行了大直径深孔采矿法试验研究,采用大直径平行倾斜深孔,普通岩石炸药替代高威力炸药进行球形药包分层爆破,以及顶层采用VCR法拉槽与侧向联合爆破工艺技术是成功的,取得了良好效果。本文介绍大直径深孔法试验情况。

    Abstract:

    With twenty years mining history, Fenghuangshan Copper Mine encountered serious problems such as high are loss and dilution, poor safety when cut-and-fill with post pillar mining method was being used. To solve the problems, large diameter longhole mining was experimented. Spherical cartridges of ordinary ammonium nitrate explosives instead of high power explosives were used for VCR blasting by paralled inclined large diameter longholes, VCR method was successfully used for slot cutting combined with longhole stoping blasting. Experiments and results were presented in the paper.
