The rheological properties of o/w emulsion explosives are discussed and the principles and measurement methods of two type viscosimeters are described. Two formula are deduced to calculate the pressure drop of emulsion flow in cylindrical pipelines. Through production practice, these formula have been proved to be effective and obtain good results.
