    摘要:

    利用硫酸铝对硫铝酸盐基高水材料进行凝胶化改性。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、压汞仪等现代测试手段,研究了硫铝酸盐基高水材料凝胶化改性后的微观结构与强度间的关系。结果表明,高水材料经凝胶化改性后,水化形成以钙矾石为主的结构体,其1d抗压强度为3.5MPa,28d抗压强度可达7.8MPa;硫酸铝凝胶化改性可以促进钙矾石的形成,改善结构体的孔结构,增加结构体致密性,提高高水材料的强度。凝胶化改性后的高水材料可用作一种优良的充填材料。

    Abstract:

    The high water material based on sulphoaluminate cement was modified by the gel of hydrolyzed aluminum sulfate. The relationship between strength and microstructure of modified high water material was studied by such modern way as X - ray diffraction ( XRD) ,scanning electron microscope ( SEM) ,and mercury porosimeter,etc. The results showed that the main composition of hydrate was ettringite after gel - modification of high water material. The compressive strength of structure was 3. 5MPa at 1 day,and reached 7. 8MPa at 28 days. The gel - modification with aluminum sulfate could promote the formation of ettringite,improve the micro pore structure of hydrate,and increase the compactness and strength of the high water material. The high water material after gel - modification could be used as a kind of filling material with good performance.
