Basing on the analysis of characteristics and present situation of the mine construction in China, this paper points out the problems existing in the management of Chinese mine construction at the present time, and accordingly suggests such countermeasures as absorbing overseas advanced management model, constructing study - type organization and strengthens engineering consultation.
