In this paper,the optimization of metallurgical industry chain is studied based on technique and economy,and a mathematical model for the optimum utilization of mineral resources is established.It is put out that for the analysis of technical and economic optimization of metallurgical industry chain its each link should be banded together in order to achieve the optimum combination of all links and improve the utilization of resources,reduce the producing cost.
