The risk of investment exists objectively in mining project invertmeng's plan and execution,so the risk analysis is a important part of mining project evaluation.Based on the analysis of risk factors of mining industry,this paper uses hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the risk quantitatively,then establishes a model of the mining project evaluation,aiming to provide a objective basis for risk analysis of mining project investment.
