In order to acquire superior acid-tolerant and fluoride-tolerant stain, the tests of acclimatizing and culturing the bacteria, which had been preliminary acclimatized, had been carried out. The acid-tolerance of acclimatized bacteria had been raised from 30g/L to 80g/L, and its fluoride-tolerance had been raised from 100mg/L to 850mg/L also.
