    摘要:

    皖北矿业集团孟庄矿3—1煤顶底板软岩煤巷锚(索)梁网支护以地应力评估为基础,考虑生产技术条件,根据工程类比和工程量测法优化确定锚梁网支护参数,与U型钢棚式支护相比较,每1m可节省投资620元,且锚梁网支护施工速度快、劳动强度低,巷道稳定性好,具有显著的经济效益和应用价值。

    Abstract:

    The bolt(cable)-beam-mesh combined support of the soft-rock coal roadways he ? 3-1coal seam is based on the evaluation of the ground stress in Mengzhuang Coal Mine of Wanbei Mining Group Corp., and Considering of technological conditions of the production, the parameters of the bolt-beam-mesh combined support have been determined according to engineering analogy and engineering measurement methods. Compared with the traditional U shape steel post support, the investment in supporting 1m roadway can be reduced by RMB 620 by the use of bolt-beam-mesh combined support, further more the bolt-beam-mesh combined support has such advantages as high construction efficiency, low intensity of work, good stability of supported roadway, remarkable economy benefit and high value of application.
