    某公司有一座20世纪60年代修建的高30m的砖烟囱,烟囱外部裂隙遍布,顶部风化严重,并已发生偏斜,因此采用定向爆破的方法对该烟囱进行了拆除,通过预先爆破拆除烟囱内衬、预先开定向窗、在倾倒方向施加预应力等手段,以及合理选择切口位置、形状、爆破参数等,确保了烟囱按预定方向倾倒。

    Abstract:

    Cracks occurred on the outside of a bricked chimney, which was 30 m high and constructed in the 1960's, and its top showed serious weathering. What is worse, the chimney inclined already. It was decided that the chimney must be demolished through directional blasting. Therefore, a series of precautions were taken, including pre-demolishing the chimney lining through blasting, cutting directional slots beforehand, pre-stressing in the tilting direction, and determining the rational position and shape of the slots and blasting parameters. Therefore, the chimney collapsed in the preset tilting position as planned.
