In order to adapt to the needs of the world economic development, the mining division of Dexing Copper Mine has taken an active part in the accreditation of standard implementation. Such measures as organizing a leadership team for the implementation, carrying out staff training, holding corresponding knowledge competition and compiling documents for quality control systems have raised standard implementation awareness of both the management and staff and have designed a whole set of rules for the staff to follow throughout the production process. As a result, do-overs and reprocessings are greatly reduced and so is the waste of raw materials. Therefore, the quality target of the enterprise has been achieved.
