This paper presents a case study of demolition of a large-scale multi-hole conjoined culvert pipe using millisecond water pressure blasting and column cartridges. The reason for adoption of this blasting method is to reduce vibration. During the blasting operation, bold trials were carried out. Therefore, good results were achieved, thus providing an innovative thinking for similar operations.
