Chamber blasting is adopted in mining limestone for Tianlong Cement Plant. For the chamber blasting operation described in this paper, multilayered chambers are designed according the field conditions, stripe cartridges and confined cartridges are adopted. From bottom to top for the layers, staged MS delays are designed. The blasting operation is very successful, offering reference value for chamber blasting under similar conditions.
