Beginning on the problems met with the design and use of hydraulic rock breaker,the author has mead an approach to the principles which were used to determine several key parameters ,tested the developed product by means of three sets of variable oil and air pressure and oil flow rate ,and used the results to verify the accuracy of the determined design parameters.
