    摘要:

    科技文献翻译是获取世界先进科技信息的媒介和手段,对推动科技事业发展起着积极作用。目前,尚无人提出普遍认可的科技翻译标准。作者根据长期的科技翻译实践,主张以傅雷“重神似不重形似”的提法作为科技翻译的理论指导,并对如何将其贯穿于科技翻译的全过程进行了探讨。本文试析科技翻译三步法,希望能对科技人员准确而及时地获取有关科技信息所进行的翻译工作有所助益。

    Abstract:

    The translation of scientific and technological literature is a medium and method of acquirement of world advanced science and technololgy information, and plays a positive role in encouraging the development of scientific and technological cause, Currently, nobody has put forward the standard of scientific and technological translation which can be widely approved. Basing on the long-term practice in scientific and technological translation, the authors advocate that Fulei' s doctrine of" Meaning Aptness Rather Than Form Identity" is taken as the theoretical instruction of scientific and technological translation, and discuss how to run this doctrine through the whole process of scientific and technological translation. This paper makes a trial analysis of three-steps process in the translation of scientific and technological literature, and the authors hope that this paper would be helpful to the translating work done by the scientific and technological workers to accurately and timely acquire the information on science and technology.
