    摘要:

    为了提高乳化炸药的性能,黄沙坪铅锌矿采用了化学发泡技术对乳化炸药进行敏化。即在保证生产安全的前提下,将微细粉末石英砂作为乳化炸药的添加剂对其进行敏化。提高了爆轰感度,缩短了保温发泡时间。本文论述了敏化过程中的一些具体做法、掺入添加剂的理论依据及敏化后的炸药生产试验结果,为完善乳化炸药在矿山现场的生产和应用提供了实际经验。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the performance of emulsion explosive, a chemical foam-ing technique was used to sensitize the emulsion explosive in Huangshaping lead-zincmine,that is to say, under the precondition of explosive production which was ensured tobe safe,the quartz micropowder as an additive of emulsion explosive was used to sensitizeit,so as to improve the explosion sensitivity and reduce the temperature-keeping foamingtime,Some concrete operation in the process of sensitization, the theoretical basis for addi-tion of additive and the results of explosive production test after sensitizing are discussedin this paper. This provides the practical experience for the improvement on the productionand application of emulsion explosive in the mines.
