The pressure transducer is an important element used for the process meter-ing and pressure control in the industry equipment.Taking ModeI SBP800 pressure trans-ducer with diffused silicon as an erample,this paper describes the working principle,per-formance features and application of this transducer.Meanwhile,the superiority and theapplication values of this new product are presented.
