    鉴于综采工作面采煤机采煤率与截割比能耗的复杂非线性关系,为提高采煤率同时并降低截割比能耗实现绿色开采,对采煤机运动参数与几何参数的最优组合进行研究。运用离散元软件EDEM对采煤机的工作性能开展正交虚拟试验,以采煤率、截割比能耗作为工作性能的评价指标,并对基于离散元法的研究结果进行回归分析,应用SPSS软件计算获得评价指标的回归方程,由Matlab绘制三维等值线图,确定了所研究因素对评价指标的影响规律。对评价指标开展优化研究,获得采煤机圆整后的最优参数组合:滚筒转速为74r/min,筒毂直径为322mm,截齿升角角度为22°时,采煤率为80.73%,截割比能耗为585.26w·h/m3。

    Abstract:

    In view of the complex non-linear relationship between shearer mining rate and cutting specific energy consumption in fully mechanized mining face, the optimal combination of shearer motion parameters and geometric parameters is studied in order to improve coal mining rate and reduce cutting specific energy consumption to achieve green mining. The orthogonal virtual experiment of shearer''s working performance is carried out by using the discrete element software EDEM. The evaluation indexes of shearer''s working performance are coal mining rate and cutting specific energy consumption. The research results based on the discrete element method are analyzed by regression method. The regression equation of evaluation indexes is calculated by SPSS software. The three-dimensional contour map is drawn by matlab, and the influence of the research factors on the evaluation indexes is determined. Law. By optimizing the evaluation index, the optimum combination of parameters after shearer rounding is obtained: the drum speed is 74r/min, the diameter of drum hub is 322mm, and the angle of pick lift is 22 °. The coal mining rate is 80.73%, and the specific energy consumption of cutting is 585.26w.h/m3.
