    为降低露天矿台阶爆破因边坡高程放大效应对边坡造成的损害,减小通过修正的萨道夫斯基公式计算出的质点峰值速度v0与实际质点峰值速度v的误差,提高控制爆破振动强度的能力,论文基于标准正态分布,将爆破振速峰值近似视为服从正态分布,建立随机变量v的分布函数,利用MATLAB中的二元线性回归模型求出爆破振动速度预测公式,对露天矿台阶边坡进行爆破振动评价和安全炸药量预测。最后通过工程实例与修正的萨道夫斯基公式进行对比发现,单段最大安全药量减少了567kg左右,与实际更加吻合,且目标设施得到保护的概率提高了40.15%,对比结果表明:利用概率公式对爆破振动进行评价和安全药量预测,其结果明显优于修正的萨道夫斯基公式。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the damage caused by slope height amplification effect in bench blasting in open pit mine , to reduce the error between the peak velocity v0 of the particle calculated v, based on the standard normal distribution, the peak value of blasting vibration velocity was approximately regarded as obey-normal distribution, the distribution function of random variable v was established, and the prediction formula of blasting vibration velocity was obtained by using the binary linear regression model in MATLAB, so as to evaluate the blasting vibration and safe explosive volume prediction of a certain open-pit mine bench slope. Finally, by comparing the engineering example with the modified Sadovsky formula, it is found that the maximum safety charge in a single section is reduced567 kg, which is more consistent with the actual situation, and the probability of protection of the target facilities is increased by 40.15%. The comparison results show that the evaluation of blasting vibration and the prediction of safety charge quantity by using the probability formula are obviously better than other methods.
