    摘要:

    论文搜集了2010-2017年湖南大湘西地区及部分省市矿业产出经济指标 和二氧化硫排放量等数据,采用门限回归方法,从经济规模、矿业结构、能源结 构和安全保障,探讨大湘西地区矿业绿色发展水平及其动力因素。研究发现:大 湘西地区矿业发展处于较低水平,即本文定义的红色模式,与其他矿业绿色发展 示范区和试验区相差较大;矿业规模、安全保障和矿业结构是影响矿业绿色发展 的重要因素,能源结构则通过影响规制强度间接地对环境产生影响。应优化矿业 结构,促进能源结构低碳化,提高安全保障,加大环境保护力度,以加快大湘西 地区矿业绿色发展。

    Abstract:

    Based on mineral-resource-rich provinces in China from 2010 to 2017, We collected data on the economic output of the mining industries and the emission of sulfur dioxide, and adopting the threshold regression from mining scale, mining structure, energy structure and security. To explore the level of green development of mining industry in Great xiangxi and the driving force of green development. The study found:The Great Xiangxi region is in the red model of mining development, which is quite different from other mining green development demonstration areas and experimental areas; Safety and security and mining structure are important factors that affect the green development of mining, while energy structure indirectly affects the environment by influencing the intensity of rules; The Great Xiangxi region can use green finance to increase capital investment, enhance safety awareness and environmental protection awareness, increase the intensity of mine management, and develop mine parks in combination with tourism, and open up a green development path for mining through multiple channels.
