    首先,从材料和研究方法角度总结了利用固废开发充填胶凝材料的研究现状,将工业固废划分为潜在活性材料及惰性激发材料两个部分,目前固废应用于矿山充填,主要机理是以矿渣为基本组分,通过添加其他固废材料或激发剂,促使其水化反应,生成主要胶凝物质钙矾石与凝胶;基于此进展,选取不同工业副产石膏,开展了钢渣-矿渣-石膏全固废超细全尾充填胶结体强度试验,结果表明,石膏种类对充填体强度及体积膨胀率影响不大,钢渣掺量40%,石膏掺量12%以上时,充填胶结体强度均达到2.5MPa以上,钢渣-矿渣-石膏全固废胶凝材料可应用于超细全尾砂胶结充填。最后,对利用工业固废开发充填胶凝材料发展趋势做了总结并提出相应的综合利用途径。

    Abstract:

    Firstly, from the point of view of materials and research methods, the research status of filling cementitious materials using solid waste is summarized. Industrial solid waste is divided into two parts: latent active material and inert exciting material. At present, solid waste is applied to mine filling. The main mechanism is to use slag as basic component and to promote hydration reaction by adding other solid waste materials or exciting agents to produce main cementitious materials. Based on the development of ettringite and gels, based on this progress, the strength tests of steel slag slag plaster superfine full tail filling cemented body were carried out by selecting different industrial by-products gypsum. The results showed that the gypsum type had little effect on the strength and volume expansion rate of the filling body. When the steel slag content was 40% and the gypsum content was more than 12%, the strength of the cemented body was up to 2.5MPa. Cementitious materials can be used in superfine full tailings cemented filling. Finally, the development trend of filling cementitious materials using industrial solid waste is summarized and the corresponding comprehensive utilization ways are put forward.form of short paper is presented to show the review suggestion. The technical papers can be revised by authors according to the suggestion,and it can also be processed in the form of this short paper.
