    浸矿剂阳离子活性与浸矿过程浸出特性是离子型稀土浸出率的两个重要影响因素,为研究二者间的相关性,自主研发了柱浸实验装置并结合核磁共振技术,获得了试样浸矿过程微观孔隙结构演化、浸出速率、稀土浸出量与浸矿次数的关系。综合分析可知,浸矿剂阳离子活性与土样微观孔隙结构、浸出速率关联性不强,试样孔隙结构主要由初始孔隙决定,浸出速率由孔隙结构与颗粒迁移的聚集程度决定。浸矿剂阳离子活性是稀土浸出质量多少的一个重要影响因素但不是唯一影响因素,浸矿剂物质的量浓度在一定程度上影响浸出效率。

    Abstract:

    Cationic activity of leaching agent and leaching characteristics of leaching process are two important factors affecting the leaching rate of ionic rare earth. In order to study the correlation between them, a column leaching experimental device was developed independently and the relationship between the evolution of micro-pore structure, leaching rate, leaching amount of rare earth and leaching times was obtained by combining nuclear magnetic resonance technology. Comprehensive analysis shows that the cationic activity of leaching agent is not closely related to the micro-pore structure and leaching rate of soil samples. The pore structure of samples is mainly determined by the initial pore structure, and the leaching rate is determined by the pore structure and the aggregation degree of particle migration. Cationic activity of leaching agent is an important but not the only factor affecting the quality of rare earth leaching. The concentration of leaching agent affects the leaching efficiency to a certain extent.
