Abstract:Cationic activity of leaching agent and leaching characteristics of leaching process are two important factors affecting the leaching rate of ionic rare earth. In order to study the correlation between them, a column leaching experimental device was developed independently and the relationship between the evolution of micro-pore structure, leaching rate, leaching amount of rare earth and leaching times was obtained by combining nuclear magnetic resonance technology. Comprehensive analysis shows that the cationic activity of leaching agent is not closely related to the micro-pore structure and leaching rate of soil samples. The pore structure of samples is mainly determined by the initial pore structure, and the leaching rate is determined by the pore structure and the aggregation degree of particle migration. Cationic activity of leaching agent is an important but not the only factor affecting the quality of rare earth leaching. The concentration of leaching agent affects the leaching efficiency to a certain extent.
