    摘要:

    巷道底鼓是煤矿开采过程中面临的主要难题之一。本文选取在底板较软、受下部废弃老巷影响强烈的丰达煤矿-340轨道巷,通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件分别验证:①巷道卧底留卸压槽;②底板注浆加固;③卧底卸压槽+浇灌混凝+注浆管加固相耦合联合支护法三种巷道底鼓控制技术方法在该巷道的应用效果。选取方法③作为该巷道底鼓治理方法。工程实践表明:方法③能将巷道围岩自承载能力更大限度利用,并挖掘更深部围岩的强度,使底鼓量较原有支护减少89.5%,底鼓治理效果显著。该研究为该类软岩巷道矿井底鼓治理研究提供了新的思路和基础。

    Abstract:

    At present, the floor heave of roadway is one of the main problems in the process of coal mining. In this paper, Fengda Coal Mine - 340 track roadway with soft floor and strong influence of abandoned old roadway is selected and verified by FLAC3D numerical simulation software and the application effect of three kinds of Roadway Floor Heave Control Technology in this roadway is discussed.: ①roadway undercover retaining groove; ②floor grouting reinforcement; ③undercover pressure relief tank + watering coagulation + grouting pipe reinforcement coupling combined support method. The method of selection is used ③ to treat the floor heave of the roadway. Engineering practice shows that the method ③ can make full use of the self-bearing capacity of roadway surrounding rock and excavate the strength of deeper surrounding rock, so that the volume of floor heave is reduced by 89.5% compared with the original support, and the effect of floor heave control is remarkable. The research provides a new idea and foundation for the study of the roadway floor heave in these similar mine.
