Abstract:In this paper, polyurethane / water glass (PU/WG) grouting material was prepared by adding different proportions of catalyst. The influence of catalyst on the mechanical properties of grouting materials was analyzed by measuring the gel time and mechanical properties. The results show that the chemical reaction rate of PU/WG grouting material can be improved significantly by adding Catalyst, which can reduce gel time and cure time. 0.1 wt % BDMA + 0.1 wt % DBTDL composite catalyzed grouting material has the characteristics of good fluidity, short curing time, and good early and late strength, and late compression strength of 66.1 MPa.
