    摘要:

    我国西南地区某铅锌矿石含Zn14.28%,含Pb0.44%。为提高选厂处理量,采用“重介质—浮选联合” 流程,结果表明,1~13mm原矿经重介质预先富集,可以丢弃产率39.38%,含Zn0.97%,含Pb0.061%的尾矿,重介质分选精矿和0~1mm原矿合并经磨矿浮选得到最终精矿Zn品位58.53%,Zn回收率94.68%,Pb品位1.65%,Pb回收率83.95%,Ag品位220.88g/t,Ag回收率91.52%。

    Abstract:

    The lead - zinc ore in southwest China contains 14.28% zn and 0.44% pb. In order to improve the processing capacity of the plant , adopted the process of " dense medium-flotation combination". The results show that, 1~13mm raw ore can discard the tailings containing 39.38% yield, 0.97% zn and 0.061% pb after preconcentration by dense medium. It obtained that the final concentrate with Zn grade of 58.53%, Zn recovery rate of 94.68%, Pb grade of 1.65% , Pb recovery rate of 83.95% , Ag grade of 220.88g/t, Ag recovery rate 91.52% by heavy medium separation concentrate and 0~1mm raw ore combined with grinding and flotation.
