Abstract:Experimental study of a rare earth mine in Henan was conducted,including single gravity separation,single magnetic separation,single flotation,magnetic-gravity separation,magnetic-flotation separation and flotation reagent screening test.It is finally confirmed that magnetic-flotation separation and CK-6 can obtain high quality products.Technological parameters were determined,while the grinding fineness of -0.075mm is 75%, the magnetic induction intensity is 1.2T, Sodium hydroxide, the dosage of sodium silicate, sodium fluosilicate and CK-6 is 500,500,500,750g/t respectively. Accordingly, a flowsheet consisting of three stage of magnetic separation,one stage of flotation roughing, three stages of flotation scavenging and three stages of flotation cleaning yielded a concentrate grade of 53.87%REO, with recoveries of 76.49%REO.
