    摘要:

    在对河南某稀土矿产的选矿试验研究中,经多项选矿工艺流程试验如单一重选试验、单一磁选试验、单一浮选试验、“磁选-磁精重选”试验、“磁选-磁精浮选”试验及浮选药剂筛选试验等,最终确定 “磁选-磁精浮选”工艺为最佳选矿工艺流程 ,浮选捕收剂选用CK-6。确定选矿流程的工艺参数为:磨矿细度小于0.075mm占70%、磁选磁场强度为1.2T、浮选氢氧化钠用量500g/t、水玻璃用量500g/t、氟硅酸钠用量500g/t、CK-6用量750g/t。在上述工艺条件下,三段磁选和“一粗三精三扫”浮选闭路试验可获REO品位53.87%、REO回收率76.49%的精矿产品。

    Abstract:

    Experimental study of a rare earth mine in Henan was conducted,including single gravity separation,single magnetic separation,single flotation,magnetic-gravity separation,magnetic-flotation separation and flotation reagent screening test.It is finally confirmed that magnetic-flotation separation and CK-6 can obtain high quality products.Technological parameters were determined,while the grinding fineness of -0.075mm is 75%, the magnetic induction intensity is 1.2T, Sodium hydroxide, the dosage of sodium silicate, sodium fluosilicate and CK-6 is 500,500,500,750g/t respectively. Accordingly, a flowsheet consisting of three stage of magnetic separation,one stage of flotation roughing, three stages of flotation scavenging and three stages of flotation cleaning yielded a concentrate grade of 53.87%REO, with recoveries of 76.49%REO.
