In this paper,taking some tunnel defense engineering as an example,the detailed design parameters of smooth blasting for the excavation of large underground chamber are given according to the results obtained from the comparison of blasting experiments in site.The construction scheme and the technical and economical indexes of the example engineering are also given.The results of construction show that the determined parameters and scheme are reasonable.
