The paper discusses the necessity of the management of "three kinds of coal reserves"(developed coal reserve,prepared coal reserve and stoping coal reserve), and points out the shortages of the existing "three kinds of coal reserves " management information system,and deals with the development of the "three kinds of coal reserves" management information system based on Windows,and then introduces the its system frame and development technology and the realization of its functions.The developed system can realize the standardization,automation and high efficiency of "three kinds of coal reserves" management.Finally,this paper proposes also the improvement direction of the management software.
