    摘要:

    在振动环境下,采用光电脉冲发生器和传统的脉冲可逆计数方法测量牙轮钻机的钻孔深度,误差极大,无法进行精确测量。本文阐述了在我院研制的ZWK—1型牙轮钻机孔深测控系统的基础上,对其光电脉冲发生器进行改造后的新型孔深测控系统,它能够消除振动对传感器的干扰,精确测量钻孔深度。

    Abstract:

    Under condition of vibration,using the photoimpact generator and the conventional pulse-convertible counting method to measure the depth of hole drilled by rotary rig was of great error,and didn't achieve the accurate measurement. Based on the holedepth measuring and controlling system of Model ZWK-1 rotary rig which was developed by Changsha Institute of Mining Research,the new-type hole-depth measuring and controlling system after modifying its photoimpact generator is described,which can eliminate the vibrating disturbance to transducer and accurately measure the hole depth.
